My stay included really good service. The concierge was helpful. they ensured every need was met with efficiency. the housekeeping was excellent. My clothes were neatly organized in the cabinet! it was a thoughtful touch.
My room was lovely, though a little disappointing. It was somewhat sterile.

Really good Stay, A New Benchmark

I found the in-room technology seamless. Lighting, climate, and drapery were controlled easily. The service operated intuitively. The cigar lounge features great ventilation and selection. The staff were knowledgeable. I noticed the rooftop views toward the park and Wellington Arch. I appreciated the strong sense of place the hotel creates.

The hotel has valet service, and I noticed a car service available within a 2-mile radius. The service includes luxury cars such as Rolls Royces, Bentleys, BMWs, and London green cabs. I also saw a beautifully decorated breakfast room with chandeliers and a high ceiling.

The hotel implemented advanced technology. My room was amazing. It had an comfortable vibe. Food and beverage experiences started from the elevator and went all the way to Brooklands. It offered something beyond words. I think this must be one of the best properties in the world.
I noticed some aspects of the room lacked charm. The room seemed somewhat sterile. I think the hotel should reconsider the room design. I think it's also important to mention that I found lamps that looked cheap in certain areas of the room.

intuitive technologyspacious dressing room
the room included technology that controlled lighting climate and drapery it felt intuitive i stayed in a beautiful suite king the bathroom had a dressing room i found to be spacious with great lighting. canton blue had amazing food i thought the dietary needs were catered for perfectly staff took them seriously.
i noticed my empty water bottles were not replenished until i asked the front desk for more it was a minor inconvenience
